Today's hike took us through historical landmarks, starting with the railway station, an old railway passage and a locomotive shed. We enjoyed a scenic snack break at the top of the cliffs at Storberget, overlooking the northern canoe trail, before passing the hiking cabin called Nothuskojan. Lunch was a highlight, with views from above the cliffs at Gräsberget, followed by a relaxing sauna and dip in the lake at the River Lodge. The adventure concluded with a two-course dinner consisting of Smoked rainbow trout.
